1. Introduction
This website and platform is owned and operated by Kid Startupper Technology Limited. You may access certain areas of the website without registering. Some content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. Kid Startupper may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, Kid Startupper is the owner of all copyright and intellectual property rights in the content on this website and platform, including but not limited to video lessons, e-books, quizzes, presentations, logos, and course materials. Content may be used for private or internal organisational use only, provided the source is acknowledged and the content is not modified. Any commercial use, reproduction, or distribution without prior written consent from Kid Startupper is strictly prohibited.
3. Service Access
Kid Startupper endeavours to ensure the platform is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, we shall not be liable if the platform is unavailable at any time or for any period. Access may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the event of system failure, maintenance, repair, or circumstances outside Kid Startupper's control.
4. User Conduct
All personal data submitted through the platform is governed exclusively by our Privacy Policy, which takes precedence over this section in relation to personal information.

- Where students are enrolled through a school or educational institution, the school or educator assumes responsibility for obtaining appropriate parental consent.
- A child who begins registration without parental or school approval may have their registration restricted until an authorised adult assumes responsibility for the account.
- Teachers and schools bear full responsibility for registering their students on the platform.
The collection and use of children's personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with both the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. In relation to any dispute arising from the use of this platform, users and Kid Startupper agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Greece.
11. Pricing and Refund Policy
The price for each Study Cycle is defined by the Kid Startupper educational platform and is displayed at the time of purchase.
- For students at home: Due to the digital nature of the product and the immediate access granted upon purchase, no refund is available once the study cycle has been activated, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.
- For students at school: No refund is available after the trial period has been used, except where required by applicable law.
Where applicable law provides a statutory right of withdrawal or refund (including EU consumer protection regulations), those rights apply regardless of the above.
12. Changes to These Terms
Kid Startupper reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
